In partnership with the business and the Division VP HR, this position will support and implement strategic talent management and HR service delivery projects and processes across the Healthcare division, including all stages of the associate life cycle, such as supporting with talent acquisition and on boarding, capability building, talent development and succession plan

The Maintenance Technician role supports the overall success of the plant through diagnoses and repair of t.e facilities machinery and infrastructure. As a member of the maintenance team daily activities include response to breakdowns, implementation of PM's on the facilities equipment and infrastructure systems, and grounds maintenance.
