Assistant Program Director
Who We Are
RFK Community Alliance provides high-quality care and support to people and families facing complicated challenges. As a multi-service agency, we offer a wide range of programs serving a variety of needs across all ages, from infants to seniors. We are team players when it comes to caring. We work with the people we serve, their families, schools, and other community partners to develop a network of support. We provide opportunities to build skills and confidence. We nurture strength, determination, and resilience. We are excited to announce the opening of a new Staff Secure Residential Treatment program in the Saugus, MA, area and we are hiring a Assistant Program Director. This new initiative will expand our reach and enhance our ability to serve our community effectively. The new Saugus area Girls Program will be dedicated to fostering positive change in young females involved with the Department of Youth Services, aged 13-18 through a comprehensive range of services designed to enhance their behavioral, educational, and social skills.
As part of our mission, we currently operate two treatment facilities in partnership with the Department of Youth Services: the Kennedy School in Middleton, MA, a Secure Treatment program serving young men, and the New Beginnings Center for Youth in South Hadley MA, a staff secure residential program, serving young women. These programs are pivotal in providing the necessary support for our residents to successfully reintegrate into their communities and become the best versions of themselves.
Our approach is holistic and tailored to the individual needs of each resident, encompassing educational opportunities (high school, college, or Hi-SET courses), life skills training, therapeutic services, and recreational activities. The therapeutic services are particularly focused on helping residents develop strategies to improve coping skills and make positive decisions, becoming the best versions of themselves.
