Our biotechnology client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $69.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst:
- Write detailed, GxP-compliant SDLC - business requirements, use cases, As-Is and To-Be business flow diagrams, functional specifications, data requirements, and any other project-specific documentation
- Collaborate with business SMEs to elicit and understand business requirements
- Translate business to technical requirements
- Document business processes and use cases
- Gain approvals for documentation
- Oversee organization of all project documents and ensure they are complete, current and archived properly
- Assist the Validation Testing team with test script planning, preparation and execution
- Create/update system management documentation
- Work with the business areas to identify and prioritize system requirements throughout the duration of the project
- Verbally present software functionality to business stakeholders and facilitate question and answer discussions
- Support deployment and hypercare activities
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Must have experience with Planisware
- Experience with Product management - change and release management, validation planning and execution
- Ability to interact with business users, technical IT groups, project managers, senior management, outsourced service providers, and vendors
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11 and systems validation
