Mass General Brigham Home Care serves patients from rehabilitation after illness or injury, to chronic disease management. Qualifications

This is a fully remote position after 60 days of onsite training.

Job Summary
Review, send and receive physicians' orders. Function collaboratively with billing, medical records, and clinical staff, along with, physician offices to obtain outstanding orders and information. Record information in computer system and generate reports to monitor information. Claim issue inquiries are researched, resolved, and communicated to the Billing Department to expedite the claim payment.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years office experience required
* Prior healthcare experience preferred
* Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software
* Ability to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential patient information
* Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
* Excellent verbal, written and electronic communications skills
* Persistence in follow through to get job accomplished
* Excellent customer service skills with a diverse population
