We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
Imprivata is looking for a Principal Product Manager who will help drive our SaaS transformation. Imprivata is transitioning core product lines to our new state-of-the-art cloud platform, and we need to ensure that our platform meets both the company's and customers' technical and operational needs. The Principal Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap and drive execution of how our cloud platform will support Imprivata's growth as a SaaS company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with internal organizations such as Business Operations, Customer Support, Portfolio Operations, Renewals, etc.
- Lead coordination, definition, and integration of efforts to implement frictionless and cost-effective SaaS business operations processes
- Drive definition of the tenant operational needs for Imprivata to successfully sell and manage product lines delivered via Imprivata's cloud platform
- Drive definition of the customer journey and what is needed for customer administrators to successfully and easily set up and manage Imprivata cloud products
- Articulate internal and customer requirementsin a roadmap and product requirement documents
- Drive delivery of roadmap with Product Owners, Product Design, Engineering, and Business Operations
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure technical designsmeet the desired business outcomes
- Able to work Easterntime zone hours
- Other duties as assigned andrequired
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager for one or more SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of established industry standards for SaaS operations
- Experience with entitlement management and integration with quote-to-cash processes
- Experience working with B2B business models
- Demonstratedtrack record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects with many stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
This position offers a total compensation range of $160,000.00 to $203,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be foundhere.This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
