We are looking for an experienced New Product Introduction Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials and services essential for the development of our new products. The NPI Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, ensuring project readiness and managing supplier relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality materials at optimal costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and operations, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiency.
