We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts to acquire and expand relationships across our entire portfolio within the Commercial and Institutional market. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies - Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the enterprise segment. This includes identifying key accounts, developing account plans, and establishing sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation - Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise clients through various channels including networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events. Generate leads and qualify opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
  • Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely an professional manner.
  • Solution Selling - Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our products and services as solutions that address their specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that resonate with client requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing - Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and agreements with enterprise clients. Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring all parties are aligned on terms and expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Feedback - Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments relevant to the enterprise segment. Provide insights and feedback to leadership to support product development and market positioning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales process, including lead generations, sales pipeline management and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior level executives.
  • Experience with cooling towers, boilers, and reverse osmosis units are preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze identify growth opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation skills.

This position will need to be located within travel to the Boston area, it will be mostly remote but required to live within New England. #LI-remote
