This position is ideally hybrid based out of our Waltham, MA office but can also be remotely based. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

The Manufacturer Growth Specialist role is one that will be dedicated to achieving manufacturer growth goals for Platform blanket deals, and that of top manufacturers on the Entegra program. We leverage our purchase data to guide in identifying conversion opportunities that benefit our key stakeholder partners. Collaboration with internal and external teams will be critical in driving these new business opportunities.

Your impact:

  • Implement and execute sales and marketing initiatives
  • Support Sales & Client Management with key stakeholder requests as needed
  • Act as a liaison between Account/Sales team and Platform Manufacturer Relations team
  • Collaborate with Manufacturer Relations Team Members on growth initiatives along with MFR Partners directly when needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns
  • Access and be familiar with all data sources and provide needed information to Platform Manufacturer Relations team and manufacturers when requested
  • Creatively scope new opportunities that align with strategy and goals of BEPL and partners
  • Monitor Platform CRM dashboards in Salesforce CRM
    • Upload and update Manufacturer opportunity records
    • Track and report on all activity via Salesforce in timely manner
  • Analyze large data sets with the ability to understand, summarize and communicate findings
  • Clear, concise, timely communication with Manufacturers and Sales

About you:

  • Data & Analytics Skills
    • Understand & navigate large, and detailed data sets from various BEP Databases
    • Ability to summarize data for various partners with priorities and clear actions
    • Advanced Excel skills & Other Microsoft Office Programs
    • Proficient understanding of Python and SQL
  • Industry Skills
    • Ability to become an expert and learn detailed knowledge of BEP Supplier Partnerships & Key Stakeholders
    • Ability to become an expert of BEPL Supplier Programs, and understanding of Foodservice Industry
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong communication skills across different channels to various levels within the organization
  • Proficient in Salesforce (or Related CRM) preferred, but not required
    • Understanding and navigating records
    • Reporting and Dashboards
  • Passionate in supporting the Buyers Edge Platform mission and values
    • Eagerness to independently solve problems and be a part of creating long term solutions
    • Flexibility to be agile during shifting priorities and new strategies
