RWE Offshore Wind is looking for a Casebook Manager to join our dynamic Development Services team where relationship building, hands-on decision making and progression will be an integrated part of this position. The selected candidate would work closely with our US Development team and Global Optimisation & Pipeline Management department with a focus on supporting various aspects of development project delivery.
In this role you will drive the project case development, optioneering and optimisation of early stage offshore wind development projects. You will work within the project's bid workstream to determine and evaluate an envelope of cases, determine trends, analyse trade-offs and identify most effective options. You will collate, acquire and generate business intelligence in order to provide strategic direction for the project and the continuous optimisation of its project case. There are opportunities to support floating wind and green hydrogen projects as well as fixed bottom offshore wind dependent on project pipeline. Working with the Bid Manager you will support bid submissions during competitive tenders and associated bid workstream activities. While aligned in the US you will also be a part of a globally matrixed organization.
This is an exciting role within RWE Offshore Wind business and the successful applicant will be a key member of a team with ambitious growth targets while demonstrating a self-confident and independent focus as a casebook manager leveraging your existing skill-sets to further enhance the capabilities of RWE Offshore within the highly competitive area of Offshore Wind lease and/or route to market auctions.
