The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Licensing Team Lead, theLicensing Coordinatorwill be responsible for assisting physicians through the licensing application process, the collection of required physician documents, and outreach through phone/email to State Licensing Boards. The Licensing Coordinator works with our physicians to ensure that they can obtain a license in the state that they will be working in. You will be an integral part of the team here at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, working closely with our internal delivery teams, our physicians, and State Licensing Boards nationwide. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment who is eager to help us support our mission of providing innovative solutions to healthcare problems.

This position is located on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. After 6 months of employment, there is an opportunity to work from home 1-2x a week.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as a liaison betweenphysiciansandState Licensing Boards
  • Assist physicians with the application process tolicensure
  • Facilitate follow upwithState Licensing Boardsto ensure physicianapplications are complete and the physician may begin work as scheduled
  • Maintenance of physician personnel files and physician database
  • Communicate frequently and provide consistent licensing updates to our providers, and internal delivery teams
  • Provide world-class customer service via phone and email correspondence
  • Filing and scanning of physician documents into their personnel files
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
