Description

In Support of the CustomFit Manager:

He / She will become an expert in Lehigh's CustomFit operation, including account onboarding, troubleshooting, operations, and communications. In addition, the CustomFit Specialistill collaborate with the CustomFit Manager supporting the Sales Teams and act as a liaison to the Front-End Developer(s), IT, Operations, Social Media Teams and Marketing to understand problems and deploy appropriate fixes and solutions. Basic project management skills are required. The Specialist will make and implement decisions based on that understanding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and troubleshoot problem tickets from emails, phone calls, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tasks; in gaining timely resolutions.

Collaborate in the development, execution, and reporting of all relevant data streams including but not limited to CRM, external web service providers, and internal IT resources.

Coordinate in converting customer and company requirements alike into actionable requests for third party vendors that result in improved and efficient operating systems and processes, as well as resolution to any identified bugs or modifications.

Create account specific discount codes as needed for B2B website accounts.

Ability to relate business processes with technology.

Demonstrate organizational and planning skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle tasks and meet complex project deadlines.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Use process improvement techniques to identify where efficiencies can be gained.

Implement and direct training sessions with teams and departments.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Demonstrated strong analytical skills and understanding of manipulation of tabular data.

Project management skills.

Advanced level of skill in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Comfortable with and motivated to complete tasks independent of direct supervision.

Process and detail orientated with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent communication and cross functional team experience.
