Manual Die Attach Operator

Job Description

  • This role will be an assembly operator working with Manual die attach equipment (Westbond)
  • First Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri, Nashua Location

Responsibilities:

  • Works under supervision and from production schedules, manufacturing procedures, process plans and written or oral instruction
  • Requires significant attention to detail for production activities and documentation to maintain compliance with Mil Standard 883 requirements
  • Set-up and operation of manual die attach equipment (Westbond)
  • Works well with others in a respectful and team aspiring manner
  • Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in microelectronics module assembly area
  • High School diploma required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Conductive epoxy attaching/placement of a variety of die and/or components on substrates
  • Operate following all area ESD protocols
  • Knowledge of component identification
  • Ability to read written and computerized instructions
  • Ability to set-up, operate and adjust (Westbond) or ability to learn to run production equipment
  • Basic computer and machine operating skills

Physical Environment and Working Conditions:

  • Clean-room environment with smocks, masks and gloves
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time while using a microscope and other tools
