Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule of program areas, projects, tasks, and general operations/activities:
    • Identify and track activities, major tasks, assignments, milestones, and estimates for performance of the tasks.
    • Identify and track contract deliverables on the integrated master schedule in accordance with the contract deliverables schedule.
    • Identify and track all items that require government decision or action including Stage-Gate reviews
  • Provide oversight and deconfliction/coordination of any subordinate schedules (e.g., the Agile Release Train, Transition)
  • Provide expertise and analysis to identify and report schedule issues to leadership.
  • Provide Monthly Program Status Reports to program management, including status of all activities/requirements by program/project/task with corresponding dates: Provide status on:
    • Deliverables due during the reporting period
    • Technical progress to date against milestones
    • Planned work accomplished
    • Unplanned work accomplished
    • Provide forecast of planned work and planned deliverables for the upcoming month.
  • Identify, develop and maintain SOPs for the Integrated Master Schedule

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years, or master's degree with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years is required. Years of experience can be substituted in lieU.u of degree.
  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining complex master integrated schedules for a large program or program office
  • Expertise with scheduling tools ServiceNow project management module and Microsoft Project
  • Exemplary communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience working programs using ITIL v. 4 and/or Agile framework for Service Management

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
