Career Opportunity: Universal Banking Associate

Location: Townsend, MA (On-site)

This position will be based out of our Townsend Branch and floating to other close-by branches as needed.

Townsend Branch Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Candidates will be required to work a flexible schedule based on branch operational needs.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $23 - $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Position Summary: You're the first face our members see and the most important memory when they need legendary customer service or assistance with their financial goals. As our Universal Banking Associate, you will perform various duties to ensure the successful operations of the Branch.

General Responsibilities: You will perform duties as a Teller, which include processing all member transactions efficiently and accurately, resolving balancing errors, opening & closing the branch, ordering cash, balancing the drawer, ATM, and ITM; and assisting the Logistics Coordinator in their daily duties. You will also be responsible for opening new accounts and cross selling credit union products and services.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you must have a genuine interest in connecting with people and building relationships. You must also have a High School Diploma or equivalent; Prior cash handling experience; Prior customer service experience; and technical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office) are required. We'll teach you everything else you need to know!
