The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and writing skills are critical. The candidate will perform a variety of engineering work including but not limited to, initial planning, design phases, and construction support of substation projects. Ability to manage the civil/structural aspect of substation projects with little oversight. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or similar/related field, from an accredited school or University is required.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 - 10 years- experience predominantly in the Power delivery sector
Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, or Other Requirements:
Registered as a Professional Engineer, PREFERRED, taken and successfully passed the Professional Engineering (PE) Exam or Pursuit of a Professional Engineer license is strongly desired.
Program Experience:
L-Pile, RISA 3-D, RISA Foundation, Matt 3-D, SAP2000, STAAD, MathCad, AutoCad, Office Suite

Compensation:
In accordance with local law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
