Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, implement, and manage change management processes.
  • Perform effective management of the standards and configurations of each configuration item (CI).
  • Ensure each CI within the environment is secure, centrally reviewed, managed,
  • and coordinated to prevent disruption to business services.
  • Ensure all change management processes align with ITIL v.4 and Agile framework for Service management to maximize use of the Agency ServiceNow ITSM tool.
  • Evaluate and facilitate approval of all changes within functional area of responsibility to determine impact on systems and customers, and mission.
  • Develop SOPs and provide regular or refresher training as process improvements/changes are implemented *Contingent on Contract Award*
Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • U,S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or master's degree with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years' experience is required.
  • Must have experience in leading and working with stakeholders and system owner to implement and maintain effective change management processes.
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • ITIL v.4 Certification

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
