Key Responsibilities:
- Perform effective management of the standards and configurations of each configuration item (CI).
- Ensure each CI within the environment is secure, centrally reviewed, managed,
- and coordinated to prevent disruption to business services.
- Ensure all change management processes align with ITIL v.4 and Agile framework for Service management to maximize use of the Agency ServiceNow ITSM tool.
- Evaluate and facilitate approval of all changes within functional area of responsibility to determine impact on systems and customers, and mission.
- Develop SOPs and provide regular or refresher training as process improvements/changes are implemented *Contingent on Contract Award*
Basic Qualification:
- U,S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or master's degree with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years' experience is required.
- Must have experience in leading and working with stakeholders and system owner to implement and maintain effective change management processes.
- Must have experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Preferred Qualification:
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- ITIL v.4 Certification
