Develop and implement robust 5S process to include training employees
Master current workflow and work with Operations Director to continuously improve
Build effective relationships with 15+ experienced machinists
8AM - 5PM (which will include 2 hours w/2nd shift)

Position Requirements

Must have 5S training and experience
Prior leadership experience preferred
GMP (good manufacturing practices) and manufacturing experience required; machine shop experience preferred
Demonstrable safety mindset
Proven ability to succeed in a team environment
Ability to identify problem processes/machines and call in technical expertise
Effective organizational skills
