Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Provide technology support to sales team to help attain sales goals.
  • Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to sell products and services to end users and train them on the use and benefits of Company technology.
  • Introduce services offered to customers through face-to-face meeting and rollouts. Up-sell and/or cross-sell whenever possible.
  • Develop professional relationship with on-site contact at every account while interacting with customer's employees to present the CustomFit program in a positive manner.
  • Overcome employee objections to the CustomFit service model.
  • Provide employees with safety footwear information and advice for product.
  • Maintain an effective, productive working relationship with the Key Account Executives, TSMs and Inside Sales Support team.
  • Resolve customer complaints by communicating with the TSM, Key Account Executives and Inside Sales Support Team.
  • Provide feedback from ordering event to TSM, Key Account Executives, and Inside Sales Support Team.
  • Responsible for transport and setup of kiosks, foot scanner (Albert) and Brannock device use, when needed.
  • Summarize all events and place notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) noting issues, opportunities and information on each account.
  • Possess complete knowledge of product lines and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Utilize marketing tools provided by the Company to optimize sales.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, two (2) years of direct sales experience, or combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • The ability to travel 80% of the time and overnight.
  • PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Superior verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent time-management skills and capability to multitask.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to secure a rental car.
  • Conversationally fluent in Spanish preferred.

Pay

$45,000 + based on experience.
