Job Description Summary

The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.

Job Description

C&W Services is recruiting individuals for Seasonal Job Opportunities. This is a Snow Removal /ON CALL position during the winter season (December - March). The individuals selected must have a reliable mode of transportation or be MBTA accessible, be comfortable with the on-call schedule, and be able to perform the functions of the job in a reasonable and safe manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shoveling.
Snow Blowing.
Deicing and melting snow using salt and/or chemical agents.
Following instructions in order to maintain a safe working environment* *On the job skills and safety training provided.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willingness to work unpredictable hours including weekends and holidays (overtime and holiday pay available).
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Able to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.
Able to work outside and in inclement weather for extended periods.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a criminal background check.
