The Lakes Region's Premier Aerospace Manufacturing Company is looking for:

Second & Third Shift Machine Operator - CNC/Setup Positions

The Location for this role is in: Laconia, New Hampshire, United States
Compensation for this role:
  • Pay Range (Based on Experience): $18.96 - $29.32 per hour, which includes shift differential for working 2nd and 3rd shift.
  • We are also currently Offering a Sign-On Bonus!
  • Monthly bonus earning potential.
  • Performance Incentive opportunity of up to $0.75 per hour
Hours:
  • Monday thru Friday plus the opportunity to work Overtime.
  • Second Shift works 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
  • Third Shift works 11:30 pm to 7:00 am

For this position, you will be expected to:

Occupational Summary:

  • Perform required duties to operate various machines in the department, to machine a variety of ferrous, non-ferrous parts, such as bodies, bushings, races, bearing, and rod end assemblies, working with liberal to close tolerances.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent G.E.D. or HISET

Experience:

Prior manufacturing experience in a production shop is a plus. Previous experience with blueprints and precision measuring equipment is preferred, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, we can train the right candidate!

Job Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be detail oriented and quality driven.
  • Must have a solid work history.
  • Good manual and concentrated visual attention.
  • Must have good manual dexterity and flexibility.
  • Ability to read and understand complex written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction) and maintain an understanding of the decimal system

Note: Physical job requirements may include:

The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
