TRC is seeking a recognized National Service Leader internally and externally that has built and continues to improve upon a competitive offering for the delivery of Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services across TRC-s National Platform.

This Senior leadership position focuses on enhancing technical development, work practices/standards/tool, strategic growth, marketing materials, key client account expansion, general client program development activities and performance of the national team that delivers Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services. The National Service Leader for Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services reports directly to the Vice President and National Director of EHS Services. This individual may work remotely or from a nearby TRC office.

This is a remote or hybrid opportunity that may report from anywhere in the US or report to a nearby TRC office.

In accordance with local law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $140,000-$180,000. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Responsibilities

  • Focused on TRC-s Environmental Sector growth and delivery of Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services nationwide.
  • Works across all applicable Environmental Practices to deliver Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services.
  • Acts as the technical/regulatory leader for the Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services (e.g., may rely on SMEs, but needs to be very knowledge and capable of leading this specific EHS Service).
  • Develops, implements, and maintains a strategy and execution plan for delivering Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services to our key client/ targeted new client growth account program.
  • Establishes, maintains, and improves upon our branding, marketing, and sales materials for the delivery of Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services.
  • Supports and approves our Communications and Marketing Team-s activities regarding digital media campaigns and website capabilities and project descriptions for Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services.
  • Establishes, maintains, and improves work standards, practices, and tools for the efficient delivery, thoroughness, and quality of Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services.
  • Mentors and coaches Service Team Leaders (STLs) for growth and delivery of Water Quality Permitting and Compliance Services as part of a national delivery platform.? Accountable for assisting each SLT to achieve their KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree in engineering, environmental science or related field. Advanced degree and state related professional certification(s) preferred.
  • Requires 15+ years in wastewater and stormwater permitting and compliance consulting experience for industrial and commercial clients (Pretreatment and NPDES).
  • Requires existing client base and 5+ years direct responsibility for managing and growing existing accounts and prospecting for new customers in a regional/national consulting services business environment.
  • Proven track record with successful marketing, business development, business management and oversight of regional/national businesses.
