By joining us, you will make your mark in one of WayUp's Top 100 Internship Programs of 2020, working on industry-leading products with opportunities for networking, volunteering, and social events!We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Intern with a Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a four-year college majoring in Human Resources or equivalent field of study for the Summer 2021 season on the TA Operations team that supports Global Talent Acquisition.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Recruiting Operations Intern, you will:Plan, develop, and execute: Provide support in the enterprise North American internship activities from onboarding, event coordination, and internship conclusionCross-collaborate: Effectively work across boundaries by partnering with Global Talent CoEs, Contingency Staffing Partners, and Internal Business PartnersSupport your team: Help with the execution of Recruiting Operations activities within Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Global Marketing and Talent Acquisition to drive positive, lasting impactsDrive engagement: Co-create an engagement strategy with peers, organizational leaders and global marketing for the virtual internship programGet multiple perspectives: Understand and get exposure to multiple facets of Recruiting Operations by working in rotations within each Talent Acquisition functionDevelop Recommendations: Gather insights from talent and organizational data, apply change management methods, and facilitate recommendations for team effectiveness interventions and proposed solutionsAbout YouYou're a fit for the role of Recruiting Operations Intern if you:Are in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Public Relations, or any relevant fieldAre an action-oriented individualPossess the ability to work cross-functionally, independently driven and a self-starter while working remotelyDemonstrated ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner (written and verbal)Have a strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving aptitudeCan maintain high standards of confidentialityPossess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesHave strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred, Planner and Teams, a plusAre a Diversity & Inclusion championHave Human Resources and/or Project Management experience, a plusPossess visual and audio technical skills for content creation, a plusHave working knowledge of Workday or Application Tracking Systems, a plusShow a strong passion for building a career in Human ResourcesWhat's in it For You?At Thomson Reuters, our people are our greatest assets.
