Overview:

This internship with the Blue Yonder Renewal's operations team provides the exciting opportunity to learn and experience enterprise software sales while increasing operational excellence and analytics capabilities globally. Scope:

• Renewals (recurring revenue) represent the lifeblood of any successful SaaS company. Success in renewals is driven by the ability to drive automation at scale to ensure systems solve the mundane allowing the people to focus on true value add for the customer. This role will focus on reduction/elimination of non-value add activities through use of technology supported by scalable and resilient processes. Success will be further enhanced by ensuring the ability to analyze results to measure progress against KPIs.

• Salesforce, Workday, Gainsight, Microsoft 365 and Power BI will provide the foundation with the opportunity to infuse M/L and AI

What you'll do:

• Analyze existing processes and systems to strategize and execute process or system changes to increase efficiency with a view toward also increasing analytics capabilities against KPIs

• Design and implement new systems and the supporting processes and collateral

• Manage change to minimize disruption and ensure adoption

• Have increased level of automation - by doing so, we will enable greater analytics

• Bring new ideas, actively participate in dialogue and propose new ideas

What we are looking for:

• Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field of study

• Strong communication skills

• Prior experience in business analytics using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office 365

• Prior experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred

• Prior exposure to SQL server is a plus

• Exposure to machine learning and artificial intelligence
